About the event
Paul Trewin is an accomplished Operations Leader with over 30 years of experience in the food industry, notably in dairy production across several countries, including Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. After 17 years working abroad, he is currently serving as the General Manager of Operations at Noumi in Shepparton. Paul combines technical expertise with strong people leadership skills to drive operational excellence and business performance. Originally from Korumburra in South Gippsland Paul started his career with the former Murray Goulburn (now Saputo) Leongatha Factory.
Throughout his career, Paul has demonstrated a passion for enhancing operational performance and business results. At Miraka, a Māori-owned dairy company in New Zealand, his leadership was pivotal in increasing production volumes in a newly established Nutritional and UHT Plant.
