More than 90% of relocators want 1, 2 and family sized apartments and townhouses close to work.

Education:

Schools and education programs (e.g. accelerator) are key factors in the decision to relocate to the region - along with access to post-secondary training, retraining and professional development, and university pathways for professionals and their families.

FUNDING

C4GS aspires to transition the CCP to a self funding model however the scale of demand and the urgent need for the program means immediate funding support is required alongside seed funding.

C4GS continues to advocate for financial support for the program to ensure its available when and where its needed by businesses including NFPs, government agencies and local business.
